Phette Kerry
Founder
Originally from Georgia, Phette has been a resident of Charlotte since 1985. She received her undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She was employed by IBM for almost 40 years and held various leadership positions.
As a Global Transformation Executive, Barbara (Phette) traveled to more than 25 countries during the 2006-2011 timeframe. Phette is passionate about excellence in every facet of life. She has also been a leader in
several areas of the church – New Members and Couples Sunday School Classes, Debt Reduction Initiative and 20 years as Women’s Ministry Chairperson.

Psalm 121 serves as her guiding light…reminded that her help comes from the Lord. Phette is the wife of the Rev. Norman E. Kerry, Jr. and they are the parents of two daughters, McKenzie Ariana and Madison Ariah and one son, Norman Eugene III (Trey).
Trenia Murray
Secretary & Director of Ministry Events
She is a native of North Carolina, born and raised in Gastonia currently living in Charlotte. Trenia is a wife, mother of 2 adult children, and grandmother of 3. She attended Belmont Abbey College. She worked with the public school system for 28 years and was owner of T Murray Academy - a private school for 7 years. She is currently employed with United HealthCare Inc.
Her foundational scripture is Matthews 5:16 NIV
“In the same way let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify our father in Heaven”
Committed to serving since the age of 10. She served in many different areas throughout the years for Kingdom building.

"and whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not unto men."
She knows that her Rewards and Blessings all come from God.
Chasity Clark Allen
Young Adult Engagement and Community Outreach
Chasity was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and currently resides in Concord, NC. She is the mother of 2 beautiful children.
Chasity has an associates degree in Medical Assisting, however, she has worked almost 10 years in the insurance industry and is currently a Medicare Sales Agent. She has a love for assisting the underserved Medicare/Medicaid population in understanding their medical benefits.
Chasity has also been very active in various church ministries. She has worked in youth ministry, sang on several different choirs, and served as a vision committee member for her church Woman's ministry.
Because God is Love, Chasity holds the "love chapter" near to her heart.

McKenzie Kerry

McKenzie is a native of Charlotte, NC, and grew up as a “pastor’s kid”. Throughout her childhood she learned the importance of Christ through the example of her mother and father. Growing up, she supported her church through the dance ministry, youth choir, and women’s ministry. She graduated in December 2020 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and double minors in Communication Studies and Women's and Gender Studies.
Today McKenzie lives in Des Moines, Iowa and works in the financial services industry in a leadership development rotational program. She cares deeply about supporting her community and she serves in leadership as the Co-Professional Development Chair of the Young Professionals Connection and as a Board Member of Iowa DECA, Team Captain for East High Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates and a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa.
